Adjusting

Club Monaco sweater [similar] | James Perse tee | Free People floral skinnies | Yosi Samra flats | Longchamps bag

All habits die hard. Over the last couple months I developed the little habit of wearing comfortable clothes to work. Luckily, I think I found the perfect balance of comfort and dressiness for those days that I can’t help but wish I could wear a blanket and work from the couch. Now that I’ve found a good go-to that will help me transition back to all-office all-the-time outfits, hopefully I can nail down a non-mortifying snack that will give me my mid-afternoon, marshmallow-dipped-in-peanut-butter kick.

  1. Ahhhh, love this! I've been really into slightly oversized sweaters and the idea of subtly printed pants lately.

    1. NO WAYYY!!! I'm slightly obsessed with it as well so it's so nice to know I'm not alone... seriously though, if I had a budget right now I would have so many slightly oversized sweaters!

    1. Thank you!! For a long time I only explored the black and grey side of neutral and now that I've stumbled to the other end of the spectrum I am totally inspired!

  4. Love it. I'm trying hard to find a balance as well... the one between skinny jeans and dress pants without being worn out boot cut jeans.

This is a great outfit... the sweater and the hair down (a thing I need to do more) takes it up a notch for sure.

I almost wrote the words "miss you" ... it feels like all my blogger pals are moving far away :)

    Have a good day, Sorren!

    1. Thank you, Barb! I promise, once you start wearing your hair down you won't be able to go back. and also, I miss you too! It's such an odd feeling to legitimately miss someone you've only seen IRL once but, it's true.

    1. Thanks! That's exactly what drew me to them! I have been loving floral skinnies but the bold ones were always too scary...

And you've given me a craving for marshmallows dipped in Nutella. Have you ever tried that? It's also incredible..

And MMMM MARSHMALLOWS AND PEANUT BUTTER. A match made in heaven! Lately I've been eating way too many toasted marshmallow and melted peanut butter M&M sandwiches. They are amazing, I tell ya :)
