We've been lucky to get some unseasonably warm weather these past few days
and I am soaking it up every chance I get!
It's not every day that Nova Scotian January sees
a stretch of 2 - 8 degree (35.6F - 46.4F) days.
It's as though the east coast is finally getting a glimpse into
the charmed lives of those on the west.
I love it.
Seriously.
I'm getting reckless;
leaving my hat at home, forgoing the gloves,
shoes not boots - and even shoes without socks!
I'm unhinged.
Potential colds be damned! I refuse to miss out on this mini winter holiday!
A little vitamin D goes a long way folks and I'm determined to get my fair share.

ReplyDeleteAlso, I don't think I've ever mentioned this, but I totally read all of your blog posts as poems. Something about the centered text and the intentional line breaks, I suppose. Anyway, it always makes me smile :)
Love the lace top with a structured blazer. If I had a lace top, I would wear this look tomorrow!

ReplyDeletePS. Not sure I'm loving the new centered text you have going on. It makes everything really difficult to read in my RSS reader because of the line breaks, and I much prefer normal paragraphs :( Trying to be honest, sorry if it comes across as rude :(
Oh goodness, Sorren, I love that top SO SO SO SO SO much. If you ever see it available for purchase again, please let me know! Um, and I cannot believe you would wear that in 47F weather. That's when I bundle up with 5 layers, cuz I'm a wimp.

We're having crazy warm weather too (until today, rain, freezing rain AND snow...now it's sunny LOL!) I absolutely LOOOVE this outfit. I'll have to remember to "pin" it from home tonight!

ReplyDeleteI love that you read my posts like poems! I've had a few people mention they're not fans of the new structure so I may alternate between paragraphs for the longer ones and centred for the shorter ones, but I really appreciate the compliment and it made me smile :)
